Some tourist trap activities are worth the time and money, and taking guided boat tour from Bay Bulls to see puffins and whales was one of those. We traveled through the Witless Bay Ecological Reserve, which was fabulous in and of itself. The bonus was seeing a playful male humpback whale - well, a more like a glimpse, really.
